KVIS will take your lead list and either skip trace or confirm the current address, telephone number, email, and social security number of each prospective client. Each client will receive a simple one-page report and invoice that can be inserted into the client file and tracked as a billable expense to the litigation.

KVIS Independent Contractor Agreement
KV Informational Services works exclusively for licensed attorneys under contract. As such, we are an independent contractor for your firm. This agreement establishes our relationship and determines the scope of our authority to act on your behalf. The agreement protects both your firm and your reputation.
Intake Excel Sheet
To ensure consistency in our work products, we request that clients submit lead generation lists, client rosters, and similar spreadsheets in the KVIS format. Below is a redacted example.
In practice, we will provide you with a blank excel form that is 256-bit encrypted. The encryption key for the file will be transmitted using secure two-stage authentication, with an SMS-text message to yourself or designated points of contact. This ensures that sensitive, personally-identifying information isn’t compromised.
